Job Description:
The Baking Expert in Mahboula is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products in a hospitality or commercial kitchen setting. The Baking Expert also helps manage stock levels, source fresh ingredients, and oversee compliance with food safety guidelines.
This role involves collaboration with other kitchen team members and participation in menu planning for special events, holidays, or themed promotions. The Baking Expert is expected to uphold standards of cleanliness and maintain equipment regularly.

Job Requirement:
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in baking roles.
Skilled in preparation of breads, pastries, cakes, and savory baked items.
Thorough understanding of baking ingredients and how they interact.
Experience in scaling recipes, batch production, and inventory control.
Familiarity with commercial baking ovens and machinery.
Creative approach to recipe development and flavor enhancements.
Adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to train or supervise junior bakery staff.
English fluency required; Arabic is an asset.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
