The Beverage Consultant in Al Farwaniyah is a strategic and creative expert responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing a business’s beverage offerings. Responsibilities also include staff training, procurement support, inventory management guidance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Job Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry

  • Excellent creativity and menu design capabilities

  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior

  • Experience in staff training and standard operating procedures development

  • Knowledge of inventory control, pricing strategies, and vendor management

  • Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous

  • Familiarity with local laws and alcohol regulations
