Job Description:
The Beverage Consultant in Al Farwaniyah is a strategic and creative expert responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing a business’s beverage offerings. Job Requirement:
Degree or certification in Hospitality, Beverage Management, or Culinary Arts
5+ years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of mixology, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent creativity and menu design capabilities
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Experience in staff training and standard operating procedures development
Knowledge of inventory control, pricing strategies, and vendor management
Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous
Familiarity with local laws and alcohol regulations
