Job Description:

Job Requirement:
Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution
3+ years’ experience in a high-end hospitality or nightlife venue
In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and non-alcoholic beverages
Creativity in drink presentation and flavor profiling
Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills
Experience in bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
Understanding of local regulations regarding beverage service
Ability to train and mentor junior bar staff
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina for standing and lifting during long shifts
Focus on hygiene and sanitation standards
Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
Basic math skills for accurate measuring and billing
