Job Description:
The Bridal Coordinator in Qurain is a specialized event professional focused on the planning, coordination, and execution of all bridal-related services within a hospitality or event venue setting. Whether part of a luxury hotel, event planning agency, or wedding-specific resort, the Bridal Coordinator’s primary mission is to provide seamless, personalized, and emotionally intelligent support to brides and their families throughout the wedding journey.
Key responsibilities include consulting with brides and couples to understand their vision, themes, traditions, and expectations. The Bridal Coordinator then assists in crafting a comprehensive wedding plan that covers every detail—from the ceremony to the reception—including venue design, floral arrangements, entertainment, photography, catering, and guest accommodations. In many cases, the coordinator also serves as the liaison between the couple and multiple vendors, ensuring that all services are delivered to exact specifications.
On the wedding day, the Bridal Coordinator manages the schedule, oversees vendor setup, directs the wedding party, and ensures that all events unfold as planned. Emotional intelligence, stress management, and a calm demeanor are crucial during emotionally charged moments. The role also includes pre-event consultations, bridal fittings, coordinating rehearsals, and managing special requests for cultural or religious ceremonies.
Operating in Qurain, where traditional and modern wedding trends often merge, the Bridal Coordinator must be adaptable and culturally sensitive, capable of balancing elegance with local customs.
