Job Description:

The Business Development Manager in Hawally is tasked with driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for a hospitality business. Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools

  • Market research and strategic planning capabilities

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Understanding of hospitality operations, guest services, and F&B dynamics

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and online sales channels
