The Business Development Manager in Hawally is tasked with driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships for a hospitality business. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers, and developing targeted marketing and sales strategies. Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
5–7 years of experience in business development or sales in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools
Market research and strategic planning capabilities
Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Understanding of hospitality operations, guest services, and F&B dynamics
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
