Job Description:

The Catering Support Staff member in Mahboula plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth execution of catering services within hotels, resorts, event venues, and private functions. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of logistical, setup, and service-related tasks that contribute significantly to the overall success of catered events, from corporate luncheons to elaborate wedding receptions.

Before events, Catering Support Staff help with the transportation and setup of catering equipment, food stations, and dining arrangements. They assist in loading and unloading supplies, arranging buffet lines, setting up tables and chairs, and ensuring that all materials—such as chafing dishes, utensils, linens, and centerpieces—are clean and properly positioned. Working closely with chefs, servers, and event coordinators, they help prepare the service environment to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
