We are hiring a professional and experienced Private Chauffeur to provide reliable transportation services for a private client in Madrid. You will be responsible for safely driving the client to and from appointments, meetings, social events, and other destinations in a timely and courteous manner. Your role includes maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle at all times, monitoring traffic conditions to plan efficient routes, and ensuring the overall comfort and security of your passenger.
In this highly discreet and trust-sensitive role, punctuality, professionalism, and a calm demeanor are essential. The vehicle must be inspected regularly, kept well-fueled, and serviced according to schedule. You may also be asked to assist with minor errands, luggage handling, or overseeing valet and parking services as needed.
This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel. You must remain attentive, presentable, and courteous throughout every journey. The Private Chauffeur plays a key part in the client’s daily routine and must reflect the high standards and lifestyle of the household. Job Requirement:
Candidates must hold a valid Spanish driver’s license with a clean driving record and have at least five years of experience as a professional driver, ideally in private or executive chauffeur positions. Familiarity with Madrid’s streets, traffic patterns, and key destinations is essential. GPS proficiency and the ability to reroute efficiently in real-time are important skills.
A professional appearance and courteous communication style are mandatory. You must maintain confidentiality at all times, exercise discretion, and respect the privacy of the client and their household. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is required to check oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel levels daily.
You should be able to lift light luggage, open and close doors for the client, and assist with mobility if required. Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is required; conversational English is a plus.
Punctuality and flexibility are critical, as working hours can extend beyond standard schedules. The ability to remain calm and focused in heavy traffic, bad weather, or high-pressure situations will be valued. Candidates may be subject to background and reference checks before employment.
