Key Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural and engineering designs using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Texture, light, and render 3D models to produce realistic visualizations and renderings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives. Interpret 2D drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop 3D models that accurately represent the design intent. Incorporate materials, textures, and lighting effects to enhance the visual quality of the renderings. Ensure that 3D models and renderings adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Collaborate with other team members to review and refine 3D models and renderings. Provide support and guidance to colleagues in the effective use of 3D modeling and rendering software.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in 3D modeling and rendering are advantageous. Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering within the Engineering & Architecture industry. Proficiency in using 3D modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and terminology. Excellent visualization and spatial awareness skills. Creativity and attention to detail in producing realistic and visually appealing renderings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
