Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our Air Cabin Crew team in Brussels, Belgium. As an Air Cabin Crew member in the Transport & Logistics industry, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive travel experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: Welcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations throughout the flight. Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Assist passengers in storing their carry-on luggage and ensuring proper weight distribution. Provide in-flight services, including serving meals, snacks, and beverages. Attend to passengers' requests and inquiries, addressing their needs with professionalism and courtesy. Monitor passengers' well-being during the flight and respond promptly to any medical emergencies. Coordinate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Follow standard operating procedures and company policies to maintain a high level of service. Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight. Contribute to the preparation and completion of necessary documentation.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in aviation or customer service are advantageous. Previous experience as an Air Cabin Crew member or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and emergency procedures. Physical fitness and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages, such as French or Dutch, is a plus. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
