Fleet Management: Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and acquisition of aircraft and related equipment to ensure optimal fleet performance and efficiency. Staff Training and Development: Planning and implementing training programs for airline staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground personnel, to enhance their skills and knowledge. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including aviation authorities, airport authorities, suppliers, and partner airlines. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing operational data, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing regular reports on the airline's performance for management review. Crisis Management: Developing and implementing contingency plans to handle emergency situations, disruptions, and unforeseen events, ensuring minimal impact on operations and passenger safety.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in airline operations or aviation management is required. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to effectively manage airline operations and personnel. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using airline management software and other relevant computer applications. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including irregular working hours and travel.
