Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events in the hospitality and tourism industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and memorable experiences for our clients and guests. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage all aspects of events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and creative concepts. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure necessary resources and services for events. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements are in place and executed according to the plan. Coordinate event staffing, including hiring, training, and supervising event personnel. Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the event, promptly addressing any issues or concerns. Evaluate event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees for future improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas and technologies into event planning.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous. Proven experience as an Event Manager in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to event planning. Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
