Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources and contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements. Assist in administering employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollment, documentation, and tracking. Help in organizing and coordinating employee events, such as meetings, training sessions, and social activities. Support HR managers in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are advantageous. Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment laws. Proficient in using HR software and MS Office suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
