Quality Assurance: Review and refine 3D models and renderings, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project standards. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to integrate 3D models and renderings into design documentation, presentations, or marketing materials. Optimization: Optimize 3D models and renderings for performance and efficiency, considering file size, rendering times, and project requirements. Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D modeling and rendering, continuously expanding skills and knowledge. Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Experience: A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in 3D modeling and rendering, particularly in architectural or engineering projects, is highly desirable.
