Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Account Executive to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As an Advertising Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing advertising strategies, and executing successful advertising campaigns to meet client objectives and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic advertising solutions. Advertising Campaign Planning: Develop effective advertising strategies and campaign plans based on client objectives, target audience analysis, market trends, and budget considerations. Creative Briefing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling advertising concepts, briefs, and creative assets that align with client brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including media planning, media buying, creative production, and campaign optimization. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources to maximize campaign impact and deliver measurable results. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify advertising opportunities, target audience preferences, and industry trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and account management teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations to pitch advertising services to potential clients, highlighting the agency's capabilities and value proposition. Client Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts, demonstrate the value of ongoing advertising partnerships, and strive for long-term client retention.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in advertising account management or a similar role in the marketing and advertising industry is highly desirable. Advertising Knowledge: Solid understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and campaign execution across various channels, including traditional, digital, and social media. Client Service Skills: Excellent client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective advertising strategies and identify opportunities to achieve client objectives. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey advertising concepts, campaign results, and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Creative Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, providing clear briefs, feedback, and direction to ensure the development of impactful and engaging advertising materials. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights to optimize advertising performance and enhance campaign effectiveness. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure media placements, partnerships, and favorable terms with vendors and media platforms. Portuguese and English Language Skills: Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
