Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As an Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging animations, bringing characters, objects, and concepts to life through various mediums. Responsibilities: Animation Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality animations using a variety of techniques, such as 2D or 3D animation, motion graphics, or stop motion. Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, visualizing the sequence of scenes and determining the timing, pacing, and composition of the animation. Character Animation: Animate characters, giving them personality, emotions, and movements that reflect their role and storyline. Visual Effects: Incorporate visual effects and dynamic elements into animations to enhance storytelling and create captivating visuals. Technical Proficiency: Utilize animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), Autodesk Maya, or similar tools, to create animations with precision and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with other artists, designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, receive feedback, and ensure the animation aligns with the creative vision. Quality Control: Review and refine animations, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results, and ensuring animations meet project specifications and quality standards. Time Management: Manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively to deliver animations within allocated timeframes. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging animation techniques, industry trends, and technological advancements to enhance animation skills and knowledge.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Animation Skills: Proficient in animation techniques, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D or 3D animation, motion graphics, or other animation styles. Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and develop original animation ideas, translating concepts into visually appealing and engaging animations. Technical Proficiency: Experience using animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or similar tools, to create animations with precision and proficiency. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure animations are visually compelling, accurate, and free of errors. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team, receiving feedback, and incorporating changes to achieve desired animation results. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, discuss concepts, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic creative environment, embracing new techniques and evolving project requirements. Artistic Aptitude: Good understanding of art principles, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling to create visually compelling animations. Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
