Job Description: An in-home caregiver provides personalized care and assistance to individuals who require support in their own homes. Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of basic healthcare practices and procedures. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to varying client needs. Physical stamina and the ability to lift or assist with lifting clients. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required for the job).
