Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our team in London, Canada. As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing sales data, streamlining processes, and providing administrative assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department and contribute to its overall efficiency and success. Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain and update sales data in CRM systems, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key metrics, providing insights to the sales team and management. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions to streamline workflows. Order Processing: Handle sales order processing, including order entry, verification, and coordination with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and assisting with sales meetings and events. Sales Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are familiar with sales tools, processes, and CRM systems. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and facilitate timely replenishment. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Documentation: Maintain organized sales documentation, including contracts, pricing sheets, and sales collateral, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align efforts and support overall business objectives.

Job Requirement: Sales Operations Experience: Previous experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar role is preferred. Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail to accurately manage and analyze sales data, documentation, and reports. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to effectively manage and present sales data. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, assess sales performance, and recommend strategies for improvement. Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
