Job Description: We are hiring for Site hr and admin with Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word, Good understanding of Labor laws, Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail , Good communication skills, organizational skills and ability to priorities and with Experience in Material management will be an added advantage . Training will be provided for giving brief knowledge of the work profile. Responsibilities: Forming and maintaining employee records. ➢ Recruitment and Onboarding of employees arranging accommodation, Transportation, Food arrangements & Gate pass for workers. ➢ Managing the day-to-day operations of the office. ➢ Maintaining the petty cash and spending the amount as per the office requirements. ➢ A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key. ➢ Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries at site level. ➢ Assist with Payroll by providing the Payroll department with relevant information ie., Payroll inputs, attendance, leaves etc... ➢ Exit Interviews, Employee engagement, Assisting in Training, Assisting in R&R. Salary (INR):- 40000-100000(per month) Other Benefits: HRA allowance
