Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, developing investment strategies, and maximizing returns for our clients. Your expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and portfolio optimization will contribute to the success and growth of our portfolio management activities. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Manage investment portfolios on behalf of clients, including asset allocation, investment selection, and risk management. Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve clients' financial objectives. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks. Evaluate financial statements, market data, and economic indicators to make informed investment decisions. Risk Management: Assess and manage portfolio risks by diversifying investments, implementing hedging strategies, and monitoring market conditions. Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies to protect client portfolios. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients' objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of investment portfolios, analyzing investment returns, and benchmarking against industry standards. Regularly review and rebalance portfolios to optimize performance and align with clients' objectives. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape. Conduct research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities and asset classes. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including client suitability, disclosure, and reporting obligations. Adhere to industry best practices and ethical standards in portfolio management. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare investment reports, performance summaries, and client presentations. Maintain accurate records of investment decisions, transactions, and portfolio holdings. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, traders, and support staff, to execute investment strategies and provide seamless client service. Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing. Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, investment strategies, and portfolio management techniques. Pursue professional certifications and participate in relevant training and development programs.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (CFA, CFP) are advantageous. Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar investment management role. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset classes. Proficiency in financial analysis and investment valuation techniques. Familiarity with portfolio management software and tools. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the finance and investment industry. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
