Job Description: The Air Cabin Crew position in Amsterdam, Netherlands, falls within the Transport & Logistic industry. As Air Cabin Crew, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers during flights. Key Responsibilities: Passenger Safety: Assist passengers during boarding, flight, and disembarkation, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Emergency Preparedness: Be trained to handle emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries. In-Flight Services: Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight amenities to passengers. Cabin Preparation: Prepare the cabin for boarding and ensure its cleanliness throughout the flight. Communication: Communicate effectively with the flight crew and passengers. Sales: Promote duty-free items and airline services to passengers. Documentation: Complete necessary flight-related paperwork and reports.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch and other languages may be advantageous). Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks in a confined space. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Customer-oriented and able to handle stressful situations with poise. Ability to work in a team and follow strict aviation regulations and protocols.
