Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant position in Amsterdam, Netherlands, falls within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry. As a Human Resources Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. HR Documentation: Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters. Benefits Administration: Support in the administration of employee benefits and insurance. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and address employee payroll inquiries. Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and provide initial support in employee relations matters. Training Coordination: Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs. Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local regulations and company standards. HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and data analysis as needed.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role is preferred. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Familiarity with HR software and systems for data management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with HR colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch may be beneficial). Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs and priorities.
