Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Air Cabin Crew team in Seeb, Oman. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during their flights. Responsibilities: Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure a smooth and timely departure. Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passengers' needs and inquiries. Assist passengers during the flight, including serving meals and beverages. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight. Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Maintain a neat and tidy cabin environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning. Collaborate with the flight crew, including pilots and other cabin crew members. Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Handle cash transactions and process sales of duty-free items. Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, such as dealing with disruptive passengers or flight delays.

Job Requirement: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Good physical health and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred. Completion of an Air Cabin Crew training program is an advantage. Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
