Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses & Caregivers to join our healthcare team in Seeb, Oman. As a Nurse & Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and promoting their comfort and independence. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and answering their questions. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Assist with patient mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and positioning techniques. Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and health maintenance strategies. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Valid nursing license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience as a Nurse or Caregiver, preferably in a healthcare facility or home care setting. Excellent clinical skills, including proficiency in vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control protocols, and patient safety practices. Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide high-quality care in emergency or critical situations. Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical software.
