Job Description: The Event Manager position in Warsaw, Poland, falls within the Hospitality & Tourism industry. As an Event Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute various events and functions for clients, ensuring seamless and successful experiences. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning: Plan and organize events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and corporate functions. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to arrange event logistics. Budget Management: Manage event budgets and negotiate pricing with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions. Event Logistics: Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations. On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their event needs and concerns. Event Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees. Risk Management: Identify potential event risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field. Previous experience as an Event Manager or in event planning is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail for event logistics and execution. Creativity in event concept development and theme design. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in Polish (knowledge of English may be beneficial). Ability to handle multiple events concurrently.
