Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant position in Warsaw, Poland, falls within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry. As a Human Resources Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various human resources functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes. Personnel Records: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. HR Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters. Employee Relations: Assist with employee inquiries and address basic HR-related concerns. Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment and administration processes. Training and Development: Assist in coordinating employee training programs and workshops. Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations. HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis. General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role is preferred. Knowledge of HR processes and practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Flexibility to adapt to changing HR needs. Fluency in Polish (knowledge of English may be beneficial).
