Job Description: The Air Cabin Crew position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia offers an exciting opportunity in the Transport & Logistics industry. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of airline passengers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, maintaining cabin safety standards, and assisting passengers during the flight. The job description includes the following responsibilities: Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers, assist with boarding and seating arrangements, and provide necessary information about safety procedures, flight details, and onboard amenities. Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and courteously. Safety and Emergency Procedures: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations. Familiarize passengers with emergency equipment and procedures, and take prompt action during emergencies to maintain cabin safety and provide necessary assistance. In-flight Service: Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs during the flight, including serving meals, beverages, and snacks. Maintain a clean and well-stocked cabin, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction. Conflict Resolution: Handle difficult situations, including passenger conflicts or emergencies, with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism. Apply problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a harmonious environment on board. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure effective communication, cooperation, and coordination. Maintain good teamwork and support colleagues in delivering high-quality service. Adherence to Regulations: Comply with airline policies, procedures, and regulations regarding safety, security, and customer service. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and maintain a thorough knowledge of airline operations and regulations.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages may be beneficial. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pleasant and professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Physical fitness and the ability to meet height and weight requirements set by the airline. Flexibility in working irregular hours and being away from home for extended periods. Basic first aid and CPR certification (may be required by some airlines). Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of aviation safety and emergency procedures is advantageous.
