Job Description: The Architect position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a key role responsible for designing and planning architectural projects from concept to completion. Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project objectives, scope, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines. Technical Expertise: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assess environmental and physical conditions to inform the design process. Consider factors such as site topography, climate, and surrounding structures. Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements, budget, and durability considerations. Client Collaboration: Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with clients to understand their needs, provide design updates, and address any concerns or revisions. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Professional certification or licensure as an architect is required. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent design and visualization skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
