Job Description: The Human Resources Assistant position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a vital role in the human resources and recruitment industry, providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The job description includes the following responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate databases. Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, leave requests, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures within the organization. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related matters. Employee Benefits: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans. Process employee benefits claims and address any related queries. Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and employee development initiatives. HR Documentation: Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines. Employee Relations: Assist in fostering positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and HR analytics. Contribute to process improvements and participate in HR-related meetings and discussions.

Job Requirement: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR assistant or similar administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
