Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Air Cabin Crew in Yishun, Singapore, within the Transport & Logistic industry. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall positive experience of airline passengers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, adhering to safety protocols, and creating a pleasant and efficient travel environment. Responsibilities: Welcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats. Ensure all passengers are seated and secure during takeoff and landing, following safety procedures. Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and provide instructions on emergency procedures. Attend to passengers' needs and requests during the flight, such as providing meals, beverages, and blankets. Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly individuals, or individuals with disabilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the cabin throughout the flight. Respond to passenger inquiries, provide information about the flight, and address any concerns or complaints. Collaborate with fellow cabin crew members and the flight crew to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Perform regular checks on emergency equipment, ensuring they are in working order and readily accessible. Handle in-flight emergencies, such as medical situations or disruptive passengers, following established protocols. Maintain accurate records of in-flight incidents, including passenger incidents and crew communications. Adhere to airline policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations, at all times. Stay updated on relevant safety procedures, first aid techniques, and customer service best practices. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in cabin crew duties. Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor towards passengers and colleagues. Handle cash and manage onboard sales transactions, if applicable.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Height and weight proportionate to meet airline standards for safety and uniform fitting. Ability to swim and pass a swimming test, as it may be required for certain airlines. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other cabin crew members and the flight crew. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
