Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Advertising Account Executive to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As an Advertising Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing advertising campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our advertising initiatives and the growth of our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Client management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their advertising goals and objectives. Campaign development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns that align with client objectives, target audience, and budget. Strategy and planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop strategic recommendations for advertising campaigns based on insights. Creative direction: Work closely with the creative team to provide direction and feedback on advertising materials, ensuring they meet client expectations and brand guidelines. Budget management: Create and manage advertising budgets for clients, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across various advertising channels and tactics. Campaign execution: Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports to clients on key metrics and making recommendations for optimization. Client presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance results. Relationship building: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling advertising services to existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Industry knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising technologies, and emerging platforms to bring innovative ideas and solutions to clients.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in an advertising or account management role, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing department. Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and tactics. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns. Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
