Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide vital support to the HR department, contributing to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR practices will be instrumental in ensuring effective HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Onboarding and orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating a smooth transition into the organization. Employee relations: Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee queries, providing basic guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisting with conflict resolution. HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate HR reports as needed. Manage HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations. Training and development: Coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and assisting with the development of training materials. Performance management support: Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. HR policies and compliance: Stay up to date with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations in South Korea, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and organizational policies. Benefits administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries. HR projects and initiatives: Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and process improvement efforts. Confidentiality and data protection: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a human resources role or internship is preferred. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in South Korea. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Attention to detail and accuracy in HR administration and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
