Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Industrial Machinery Mechanics to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Your expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery will contribute to the efficient functioning of our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Machinery maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery, identifying the root cause of malfunctions and implementing effective repair solutions. Equipment installation and setup: Assist in the installation, assembly, and setup of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality. Safety compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working with machinery, promoting a safe work environment and minimizing risks to personnel and equipment. Machinery optimization: Identify opportunities for improving machinery performance and efficiency, implementing modifications and adjustments to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Generate reports on maintenance schedules, equipment condition, and downtime analysis. Spare parts management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs. Coordinate with procurement to order necessary parts. Preventive maintenance planning: Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively address potential equipment issues and prolong machinery lifespan. Collaboration with team members: Work closely with production operators, engineers, and other maintenance personnel to resolve machinery-related issues and optimize production processes. Continuous learning: Stay updated on new machinery technologies and advancements, participating in training programs and seeking opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Job Requirement: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields are preferred. Proven experience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic or in a similar role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and heavy equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge and skills. Familiarity with various types of industrial machinery, such as conveyor systems, motors, pumps, compressors, and PLC-controlled equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report on equipment status. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean is required.
