Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Transport & Logistic team as Air Cabin Crew members in Stockholm, Sweden. As part of the Air Cabin Crew, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of airline passengers during flights. Responsibilities: Passenger Safety: Demonstrate safety procedures and provide safety instructions to passengers before and during flights. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries, and assisting with special requests. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to in-flight emergencies and follow established protocols to ensure passenger safety. Food and Beverage Service: Provide food and beverage services to passengers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences. Cabin Preparation: Prepare the cabin before each flight, ensuring cleanliness, proper supplies, and emergency equipment readiness. Comfort Management: Monitor and address passenger comfort, such as adjusting temperature and cabin lighting. First Aid: Administer first aid and assist passengers with medical needs, if necessary, until further medical assistance is available. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of in-flight activities, such as passenger counts and service reports.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a cabin crew training program is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service to passengers. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Swedish, with additional language skills being beneficial for international flights. Safety Consciousness: A strong sense of responsibility and adherence to safety regulations and emergency procedures. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks during long flights. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience for passengers. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in varying flight schedules and adapt to changing situations during flights.
