Your expertise in business analysis, problem-solving, and client engagement will be instrumental in driving success and delivering value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, systems, and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for optimization. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements for consulting services. Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations and solutions to improve business efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee consulting projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to support decision-making and create data-driven solutions for clients. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for clients. Change Management: Assist clients in implementing recommended changes and managing the transition to improve business outcomes. Client Presentations: Deliver persuasive and impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to clients. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in consulting are beneficial. Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a consulting role within the Business, Consulting & Management industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business issues and provide strategic solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and present recommendations effectively. Project management skills to manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant software tools. Proficiency in Swedish is required, and fluency in English or other languages is beneficial.
