Job Description: Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing excellent customer service. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop advertising strategies, identify target audiences, and define campaign goals and objectives. Creative Briefing: Prepare and present creative briefs to the creative team, providing clear and concise instructions on client requirements, messaging, and desired outcomes. Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to client specifications and budgets. Media Planning and Buying: Collaborate with media planners and buyers to develop media plans, negotiate advertising space, and optimize media placements across various channels. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide clients with regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Budget Management: Manage client budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes in collaboration with the finance or accounting department. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations, showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance results to drive client satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that can inform advertising strategies. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, media partners, and industry professionals to leverage partnerships and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, present ideas, and communicate campaign performance and insights. Client Servicing: Strong client service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service. Advertising Knowledge: Solid understanding of advertising principles, campaign development processes, media planning, and creative concepts. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and metrics, drawing insights, and providing data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and research teams, to deliver integrated advertising solutions. Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourcefulness and the ability to proactively identify and address challenges or issues that may arise during campaign execution. Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to client campaigns and challenges. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and attention to detail in reviewing creative materials, client briefs, and campaign performance data. Education: A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience in advertising account management or a similar role is highly desirable.
