Job Requirement: Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution. Experience: Relevant experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the construction and building industry. Design Skills: Proficiency in architectural design principles, space planning, and visual communication, utilizing design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials, as well as familiarity with sustainable design practices. Building Codes: Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and planning processes.
