The Booster Pump Operator in Perth plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of booster pump stations that support water supply and pressure regulation across municipal, industrial, and commercial networks. This position involves the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of booster pump equipment to maintain optimal water flow and pressure within distribution systems.

Key responsibilities include starting, stopping, and adjusting booster pumps according to system demands and operational schedules. The operator conducts routine inspections of pumps, motors, valves, and control panels to identify and troubleshoot faults or inefficiencies. Preventative maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, replacing worn parts, and cleaning filters, are also integral to this role.
