1. Service Scope

Aurawoo, a brand owned and operated by Aurawoo International Private Limited, offers services strictly limited to online training, certification programs, and job assistance support. These services are designed to enhance professional development and employability but do not constitute a job guarantee or direct employment placement.

2. No Job Guarantee or Recruitment Role

Aurawoo does not function as a job guarantor, recruiting agent, or manpower supplier. Users should understand that while Aurawoo may offer guidance and support in job search strategies and skill enhancement, it does not promise employment, nor does it mediate or directly place candidates into jobs.

3. Legal Compliance

Aurawoo is not classified as an “employer” or “recruiting agent” under the Emigration Act, 1983, the Overseas Mobility (Facilitation and Welfare) Act, 2024, or any other applicable national or international law. All activities and services provided are in strict compliance with prevailing legal and regulatory frameworks.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own employment decisions and are encouraged to conduct due diligence before accepting any job offers. Aurawoo is not liable for any outcomes or employment terms resulting from third-party interactions.

5. Amendments

Aurawoo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

6. Nature of Services

Aurawoo provides online training, certification, and job assistance services through its platform www.aurawoo.com. Aurawoo is not a job guarantor, recruiting agent, or manpower supplier under any applicable law.

7. Non-Refund & Termination Policy

• Clients cannot terminate the agreement once enrolled.
• All fees are non-refundable unless Aurawoo fails to deliver services listed under Section 1. • Breach of responsibilities (e.g., non-payment, document delays, providing false information) will result in contract termination without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aurawoo is not liable for job placement failure, loss of employment, or income. Total liability is limited to the amount paid under this agreement.

9. Confidentiality & Data Use

All shared information is confidential. Aurawoo may use client data only:
• To deliver contracted services.
• To enforce agreement terms.
• With consent, or as required by law or financial institutions.

10. Force Majeure

Aurawoo is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.). If such conditions last beyond 30 days, the agreement may be terminated.

11. Validity and Assignment

• Agreement is valid for 1 year from the signing date.
• Clients may not assign this agreement; Aurawoo may assign rights to third-party institutions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Indian Law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
