We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain and care for outdoor landscapes and facilities in Perth within the Agriculture & Fisheries industry. This role is essential for ensuring that grounds, gardens, and open spaces are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing to support agricultural operations, research centres, and fisheries properties.
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, watering, fertilising plants, and maintaining irrigation systems. Additional duties may include cleaning outdoor areas, minor repairs to fencing or pathways, and seasonal planting or removal of vegetation. You will also assist with the upkeep of tools, machinery, and groundskeeping equipment, ensuring safety and operational readiness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds maintenance, basic horticultural knowledge, and the physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems is desirable.
