Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Air Hospital Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and overseeing pharmaceutical services within an air hospital setting, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients during air transport. The successful candidate will work closely with medical teams to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, focusing on patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Job Requirement: Education: A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution; a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or a related field is highly desirable. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with experience in air medical services or emergency medicine preferred. Skills: In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in the English language is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage. Certifications: Must be a licensed pharmacist in Austria or eligible for licensure. Additional certifications in emergency medicine or air medical services are beneficial. Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a commitment to patient safety and care.
