Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Nassau, Bahamas. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with HR processes, and contribute to the smooth functioning of various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and organizing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientations, and providing information on company policies, benefits, and procedures. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal record-keeping protocols. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents. Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide general information on benefit plans, eligibility, and procedures. HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Update employee handbooks, policy manuals, and HR-related documentation as needed. Promote awareness and understanding of HR policies among employees. Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and requests for information, providing appropriate guidance and support. Assist with employee communications, announcements, and employee engagement initiatives. Training and Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and assisting with training material preparation. Maintain training records and assist with training evaluation processes. HR Reporting: Compile and generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics. Assist with HR data analysis and presentation of findings. Contribute to the development of HR dashboards and reports for management.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar HR support role is advantageous. Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment practices, and employment laws. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with HRIS systems is desirable.
