Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Nassau, Bahamas. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling science and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Promote science and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical practitioners. Communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data to build awareness and generate interest. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key decision-makers. Understand customer needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive product sales and market penetration. Monitor sales performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Territory Management: Manage assigned territories effectively, including planning and prioritizing sales activities. Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and medical conferences to expand product knowledge, promote products, and build relationships. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and identify opportunities for product positioning, differentiation, and market growth. Customer Education and Training: Provide product training to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and usage. Conduct product presentations and workshops as required. Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, activity logs, and other documentation as required. Maintain up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to sales management on sales performance and market feedback. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence to contribute to overall business strategies.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the science or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of science and pharmaceutical products, including their therapeutic uses and clinical applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
