You will work closely with clients, consultants, and the in-house design team to translate project requirements into aesthetically pleasing and functional solutions.
Key responsibilities include preparing conceptual and schematic designs, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating on design presentations. A strong understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles in Bahrain is essential. The role requires proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Candidates must possess a degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the GCC region. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural design experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC region.
Design Skills: Strong conceptual and schematic design skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design and drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bahrain’s building codes, planning regulations, and urban development guidelines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Teamwork: Collaborative attitude with experience working in multidisciplinary design teams.
