We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards, hospital protocols, and Bahrain’s Ministry of Health regulations.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include assessing patient health, administering medications, assisting with procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and educating patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care. You will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient support.
The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Nurses may be assigned to various units such as medical-surgical, pediatrics, emergency, or ICU depending on qualifications and hospital needs. Adherence to infection control and patient safety standards is essential.
Qualifications:
Valid Bahrain NHRA license or eligibility
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Educational & Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid license from home country and eligibility for licensing with the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) in Bahrain
Completion of required licensing exams (e.g., Prometric, Dataflow verification if applicable)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
Experience in specialized units such as ICU, ER, or pediatric care is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols
Proficient in using electronic medical records and nursing documentation
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in Manama, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
