Job Description:

The Childcare Provider in Antwerp is responsible for the daily care and supervision of children in a private household setting. Key responsibilities include organizing age-appropriate activities, preparing meals and snacks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting early childhood development. Duties may also include transportation to school or extracurricular activities, assisting with homework, and maintaining communication with parents regarding the child's well-being and progress. The childcare provider must be nurturing, patient, and capable of handling various situations with calm professionalism. This is a live-out position with flexible hours and occasional evening or weekend duties.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education. Certification in CPR and First Aid required. Ability to plan and implement educational and recreational activities. Must be trustworthy, patient, and responsive to children's needs. Fluency in Dutch or English is necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and structured environment. Applicants must pass a background check and provide child-related references. A valid driver’s license is a plus.
