Job Description:

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst based in Ghent, you will be working within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry, focusing on the strategic and operational aspects of HR management. This role involves supporting key functions such as employee engagement, policy implementation, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compliance with Belgian labor laws. You will collaborate with different business units to streamline processes, improve employee experiences, and ensure organizational objectives are met. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt HR strategies to both local and global workforce needs.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits analyst or similar HR role

• Strong understanding of Belgian labor law and HR compliance standards

• Ability to manage HR documentation, employee queries, and organizational reporting

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency with HR software systems and MS Office applications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics for decision-making

• High level of confidentiality, ethics, and professional integrity

• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or French preferred

• Capacity to adapt to evolving HR practices and digital transformation in workforce management

• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential and ability to influence stakeholders

• Effective project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Commitment to employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion practices
