As a Mandarin Business Translator based in Bruges, you will contribute to the Content & Translation industry by producing accurate, culturally relevant, and engaging content tailored to specific audiences. The role involves working with clients from diverse sectors to adapt material for local markets, ensuring linguistic precision, stylistic appropriateness, and adherence to brand or legal standards. Job Requirement:
• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience in mandarin business translator or similar role within Content & Translation industry
• Excellent command of English and relevant foreign languages (written and spoken)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different target audiences and industries
• Proficiency with CAT tools, CMS platforms, and content editing software
• Knowledge of cultural nuances and local market communication standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Familiarity with EU and Belgian content regulations when applicable
