Job Description:
As a UX UI Designer in Antwerp, you will play a vital role in the Information Technology (IT) & Telecommunication sector, contributing to innovative solutions, technology implementations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain technology systems that meet client and business requirements. This position demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology challenges. You will be responsible for aligning project outcomes with strategic business objectives, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements, support continuous integration and deployment efforts, and participate in the evaluation of emerging technologies to drive innovation. Your role will require clear communication with stakeholders, documentation of technical processes, and adherence to compliance standards relevant to both Belgian and international technology regulations.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in ux ui designer or similar role within the IT sector
• Proficiency in relevant tools, languages, and frameworks for the position
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with Belgian and EU data protection and IT compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging tech trends
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong documentation skills for technical processes and project updates
• Adaptability to rapidly changing project scopes and technology environments
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage
