Job Description: We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks to support construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Physical Labor: Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment. Construction Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities, such as clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and setting up barricades and safety signs. Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized at the construction site. Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment, such as shovels, hammers, wheelbarrows, and power tools, following safety protocols. Construction Support: Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters, masons, and electricians, by providing assistance and carrying out assigned tasks under their supervision. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the construction site clean and orderly, including removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials properly. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices to minimize risks and accidents. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other construction workers, contractors, and supervisors to ensure efficient project execution and meet project deadlines. Communication: Follow instructions provided by supervisors and communicate effectively with team members regarding tasks, progress, and potential challenges.
