Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses & Caregivers to join our healthcare team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a Nurse & Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with personal hygiene, and addressing patients' physical and emotional needs. Care Planning: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, considering patients' medical conditions, treatment goals, and rehabilitation needs. Health Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments, including physical examinations and patient interviews, to identify and address any changes in patients' health status. Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy, adherence to dosage schedules, and proper documentation. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques, promoting health literacy and patient empowerment. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, demonstrating empathy and compassion, and addressing their psychological and social needs. Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and proper disposal of medical waste, to prevent the spread of infections. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest healthcare practices, advancements, and evidence-based interventions through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Education and Certification: A degree or diploma in Nursing or a related field is required. Valid nursing certification and registration with the nursing board in Brazil is necessary. Clinical Skills: Proficient in providing patient care, administering medications, conducting health assessments, and using medical equipment and technology relevant to the role. Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patience in caring for patients, understanding their unique needs, and providing emotional support. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and provide clear instructions and information. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess patients' conditions, make accurate judgments, and respond effectively to emergent situations. Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and providing high-quality care. Cultural Sensitivity: Cultural sensitivity and awareness, respecting patients' diversity and ensuring care is delivered in a culturally appropriate and inclusive manner. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment. Flexibility: Flexibility to work in different healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, or home care, and adapt to changing patient needs and work demands. Portuguese Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, is required.
